Learning Support is one of the largest departments in the school, but has the smallest classes.  Students from a diverse group access the wide-ranging provision that  Pilton Community College offers, from Yr 7 Nuture Groups to Yr 11 homework support.

The staff at Pilton Community College recognise the need to support children throughout their school life, whether it is Literacy/Numeracy support, or Learning Support Assistants helping students in class to fully access the broad curriculum.  We are constantly updating our skills to provide high level support and guidance to all students on the Special Needs Register.
