Extending and challenging all our students to achieve their best is a core principle at Pilton Community College. Our Gifted and Talented students engage in a programme designed to raise expectations and give them access to activities that help them achieve beyond what they thought possible. All students are encouraged to develop themselves as young leaders, and we provide a range of opportunities for them, from participating in School Council to becoming a Prefect or even Head Boy or Girl. Students interview all new members of staff at the College, demonstrating the extent to which their views and opinions are valued.
