What Happens When We Learn?
Learning happens when we encounter something new that is just a little bit beyond what we already know. When this happens, new pathways form in the brain and new connections are made. These new connections are reinforced when we practise. We call this ‘purposeful practise’.
I'm in the pit again but i'm going to try and work out how to get out.
